Name the last thing that worked
Did the website open, did a poster appear, or did an installed app reach TPlayer? Those are separate stages. Keep the exact message rather than treating every failure as a total outage.
Empty searches have simple checks
Remove restrictive filters and try the shortest distinctive part of a title. Then compare its year and format. An empty result can mean the catalogue has no matching production, not that your device has stopped working.
No links and a blank player are different
A legacy app may find a programme description but no playable source. A video application may instead start and show an error. Use the no-links guide for the first case and that player’s help for the second.
Before resetting anything
Preserve saved choices and account details. Temporary cache and stored application data are not interchangeable. Read the device’s explanation before clearing settings or removing an app.
Status without a false green light
This page offers troubleshooting, not a live uptime measurement for every TeaTV address or Android build. A dated forum post cannot establish the condition of your current installation.
